Not Literally !
Ok, here we go, my children. Mama ain’t make no gourmet. She’s busy and She's lazy. Oh yes, she said it.
Growing up in a traditional Vietnamese household, I was spoiled with great foods. But let be real, nobody has time to cook all day long.On top of that, I don’t really care about what I eat when I’m alone. I can spend hours and hours to work on a baking recipe, because at the end of the day I’m not the one who’s gonna eat it.
The hero of this dish is the instant ramen noodles. Not any type of instant noodles will do it. It has to be cheap because mama’s foods have to show her character. I used those ramen packs that were less than a dollar each which you could find in any Asian market, preferable stir-fried type of instant noodles. You can use soy sauce, ketchup, or sriracha sauce as the seasoning for the noodle. I’m lazy, so I just use the flavour package came with the noodles. For topping, honestly, anything can do it. I put sausage, fried eggs, left-over foods, or even canned foods on my noodles depending on my desperate level.
Side note, not until now that I realize my dish looked exactly the same with the image on the instant noodles package. Come on sponsorship, give me your money.
